컴퓨터의 기술이 발전하면서 데이터가 폭발적으로 늘어나기 시작했고 사용자가 이를

효율적으로 처리하기 위해선 빠르고 많은 처리를 할 수 있는 규모가 큰 시스템이

필요하게 되었다.

As computer technology advances, data has started to increase explosively, 

In order for users to process vast amounts of data efficiently,

a large-scale system was needed that could do a lot of processing quickly.

 

그래서 등장하게 된 것이 클라우드 서비스이다.

That is why cloud services have emerged.

 

보이지 않는 거대한 서버를 이용해 저장, 분석, 처리 등의 업무를 하는 것을

추상적인 구름에 비유하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅이라고 부르게 된 것이다.

Cloud computing is called cloud computing when performing tasks such as storing,

analyzing, and processing data using huge invisible servers.

 

클라우드 서비스를 이용하면 사용자의 직접적인 활발한 관리 없이 제공하는 업체의

데이터 스토리지를 이용해 데이터를 저장할 수도, 데이터를 처리하게 할 수도 있다.

If users use a cloud service, users can store or process data using the provider's data storage

without the user's active management.

 

클라우드 컴퓨팅 / Cloud Computing

 

개인의 컴퓨터를 사용한다면 작업 시간이 오래 걸릴 수 있는 작업들을 클라우드 컴퓨터

(어딘가에 존재하는 거대한 컴퓨터) 에 전송해서 처리하고 결과를 받아볼 수 있도록

하는 것도 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 효율을 이용한 사례라고 볼 수 있겠다.

Transferring tasks that may take a long time to a cloud computer, processing tasks,

and receiving the results can be seen as an example of using the efficiency of cloud computing.
